Checked into this facility at 6 pm and its currently 1am I came here for a leaking valve stem replacement and I was told that I’m next in line once the storm is cleared. Came back 2 hours later and was told I have a “couple guys ahead of me for tire and that there was a misunderstanding. 10pm comes around and I’m told I’m next in line but there was a shift change so its going to be another 30 minutes. An hour later I see them pulling in another truck and I’m told that he was before but there was yet again another misunderstanding. So I’m writing this at 1:30am as I’m still not in the shop over 7 hours later for a job that would take 15 minutes. Also the african american dude wearing the manager shirt has 0 customer communication skills. Will disregard or pretend not to acknowledge you. Not sure how he still has a job considering all the reviews about him. The only reason this place is still in business is because they are banking on the idea that people have no other option but them. I would rather go to another shop and wait until they open up in the morning rather than stress myself out with these games they play. Worst place don’t get inspections they charger $70 even if you fail. The Josh manager was really unprofessional telling me I have 24 hrs to fix it when it Labor Day. Yeah let me find some who’s working. I swear this place has more diabetics than mechanics. Inspections are $30-$40 hopefully yall can adjust your prices and policies to all the other loves truck stops.

First off Patrick was super nice and helpful. Its the other workers that suck. I checked in at 4pm Patrick informed me that it was probably an 4 hour wait. I agreed. I was called in a bit earlier at 7:15 i was in a bay. All I need we was 2 tires changed. They took about an hour to start and almost another 2 hours to change them. I didnt leave till 945. When I went into the office to pay, it was like three mechanics.And they're just laughing, not doing anything 😑. Plus I had a spare and I needed a new tire. They couldnt even remove the chocks either. They also left my chain hanging. My mechanic sucked Bruce is his name 2 hours to change 2 tires smh.

Came to Love’s Speedco shop here at Tolleson, AZ to fix a flat on a brand-new tire with only one week of use. The tire had a cut on the tread (not the sidewall), which I know for sure is fixable. However, the managers (Carlos and Robert) kept insisting it wasn’t. Since I was in a rush, I didn’t want to argue. I asked them for the price of a new tire and installation so I could get back on the road. The price they gave me was ridiculous, so I politely asked them to put my tire back so I could leave. At that point, they got upset and refused, saying it wasn’t legal, that it was too much liability, and that they “never do such a thing.” Meanwhile, both managers were extremely rude and arguing nonstop with every customer in person and on the phone. I told them their price was too high and mentioned that the shop just a mile down the road quoted me 40% less for the exact same tire. I even sent the other shop a photo of the damage, and they confirmed the tire was 100% patchable with no risk. Finally, I offered to pay just to have my tire reinstalled so I could leave. This location got me on the books and pulled me in within a reasonable time they gave me a PM service change my oil lube my truck and also put on two new tires. The only issue I had was their computer system they did not enter information for an owner-operator being responsible for his own cost of repairs... So they caused me a delay in getting processed because they needed what they thought was a PO for the work. No PO was needed I am the damn PO.
